2010 Castle Hill Summer Picnic Concerts

 

Thursday nights this summer, Castle Hill on the Crane Estate in Ipswich is the place to be for good food, good friends, and great music. Pack a picnic, bring the kids, and get ready to dance the night away under the starts on the Grand Allée. Every week is a different slide of music!

August 19	Inner Visions, Authentic Caribbean Reggae
August 26	Squeezebox Stompers, Cajun Zydeco

Gates open at 5PM for picnicking. Tickets available at the gate only.

*Come at 6PM to learn Swing dance steps from professionals!

Castle Hill offers the following picnic concert vendors for your convenience:

• Picnic Suppers by Ipswich Shellfish Fish Market. Pre-order over the phone at 978.356.6941 or email fishmarket@ipswichshellfish.com Tuesday - Thursday until 3PM. Pick up your order at the Ipswich store or have it delivered to Castle Hill.
• Summer picnic provisions (dips and spreads, cheese and tapenades, sandwiches, cold salads, and entree selections) from Christopher's Table, 5 Depot Square, Ipswich. Stop in on your way to the concert or call ahead to 978.356.6166 and pre-order your picnic for easy pick up.
• Ice cream and Sal’s pizza by White Farms Homemade Ice Cream. Pre-order pizza at 978.412.4138 and they will bring it to Castle Hill in the cow truck.
• Popcorn, nuts, candy, water, and soda by Q’s Nuts.
