Heritage Home Loans Joins Windhill Preferred Lender Program

Windhill principal Shawn Cayer has recently announced a new real estate partner, Chris Parker of Heritage Home Loans.  Parker is the co-founder and Senior Partner of Heritage Home Loans with offices in both Danvers and Weymouth.  He serves as Chair for the North Shore Association of Realtors’ Community Advocacy Committee. Chris and his family have lived here in Ipswich for the past 13 years.  As a Regional Sales Manager for both Wells Fargo and JP Morgan Chase over the course of 16 years, Chris blends his industry experience with a strong grasp on what lenders of all types need, especially in today’s challenging market.  As both owner and industry expert, Parker takes pride in walking his clients through the process, providing each client with options and direction, selecting the right product at the best price.  “I truly believe that customers today need a mortgage professional that can offer a wide array of products as opposed to the limitations that come from offering one bank's programs,” said Parker. “For the first time in my mortgage career, I can say with conviction, we have the best product and pricing available.”
