Jane and her husband, George, have resided on the North Shore since 1960.  In 1971 they moved to Ipswich and have thoroughly enjoyed being Ipswich residents and taking advantage of all of the many benefits of this town. They have raised three wonderful children and are very proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren.

The historical aspect of the town and the rich architecture provided Jane with her first interest in local real estate.

Jane has been a successful licensed Realtor in Ipswich since 1986. She worked to establish Heritage Properties with her Colleague, Marcia Inman in 1990 during a depression in the market seeing plummeting prices and 12% interest rates. In spite of the negative market conditions Jane worked diligently to show an increasing personal profit each year and earned for herself a base network of appreciative buyers and sellers who remain her clients and friends today. After six years Heritage Properties joined with Seacoast Realty and Jane gained additional experience and accolades from clients and co-workers alike. The acquisitions by DeWolfe and later Coldwell Banker have shaped Jane into a consummate professional. She has taken advantage of numerous classes and training sessions all designed to keep her technical skills and market knowledge current.

Now she is ready to move to the next level and join with an elite group of Realtors at Windhill Realty with the common goal of putting the client first.  The years of working in the field of real estate have imparted knowledge that only experience can provide. Of the many life’s lessons learned, Jane maintains that the most important is to listen and then listen some more to what the expressed wants and needs of the client are. Once that is established it is time to get to work and make the transactional experience of buying or selling as successful and stress free for the client as possible.

Jane has served as a mentor to incoming agents, she belongs to the Ipswich Historical Society, Essex County Trails Association, and participates at the Ipswich YMCA.
