Gunstock, located in Gilford New Hampshire, is one of the state’s largest recreation areas. The first ski area in New England to have a chairlift, Gunstock boasts 1400 feet of vertical, over 220 acres of skiing, and 300 campsites during the summer, spectacular views of the Lake Winnipesaukee at every turn. It is also the host of major events such as the HillClimb during Laconia Bike week, The Laconia Nationals, RibFest, CraftFest, Soulfest, and the TimberMan Triathlon.

Terrain Park: Blundersmoke Park
Wall, rails, boxes, and more. Spend more time in the air at the closest 12 acre park north of Boston. Here you’ll find the ultimate playground for beginner air or big air, jumps, rails, kickers, gaps, and tables – it all happens at Blundersmoke Park.

Tubing Park: Thrill Hill Tubing Park – NH’s Longest Tubing Run!
Remember how much fun it was to go sledding as a kid? The wind in your face as you flew down the mountain, the whole time thinking about having to walk back up. Well, if you liked sledding you’ll love snow tubing – it’s all the thrills of sledding without the walk up the hill.

Grab a snow tube, launch yourself down the Thrill Hill and let the lift take you back up to the top. Snow tubing at Gunstock is for the young and the young at heart.

Free Ski/Board Check:
Take advantage of our courtesy (free) ski and snowboard check at the Main Lodge to keep your equipment safe while you’re not on the mountain. Located in the Bowl Area behind the ticket booths.

First Aid Center:
Always there to lend a helping hand. Located in the Guest Services Lower Level. Look for the red cross.

Fischer Adventure Demo Center:
Try before you buy. Test the latest gear from Fischer, Rossi Snowboards, Dolomite boots, Bolle Eyewear, Ovo Helmets, and more.

Adaptive Center:
Can you do it? Yes you can! The adaptive ski program is an integral component of Gunstock Mountain Resort. The adaptive ski instructors embrace the challenge of expanding the world of skiers with disabilities or as we like to say ‘different abilities’. It’s easy to see how instructors have touched the hearts of their skiers by the smiles on their faces at the end of the day. Is your Adaptive Skier competitive? NEW for 2006/07 – Have your great athlete join Gunstock’s Special Olympic Team! Reservations are required so that we can take the time to understand the needs of the skier, assuring a successful day on the slopes and a lifetime of fun.
