Windhill Realty Announces an Innovative Lender Partnership Program

Ipswich, MA - December 4, 2006 - Windhill Realty announces an innovative lender partnership program beginning December 4th.  Five in-house mortgage professionals representing different companies mark a milestone and establish a new standard in the real estate community. Customers and clients now have full access to lender knowledge on-site at Windhill’s Ipswich office located at 55 Market Street.   

 

Professional mortgage lenders are available daily between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.  Local residents Joe Long of Countrywide Home Loans, John Gillis of VIP Mortgage, Mark Panall of Northern Bank & Trust, Jeff Palermo of Mortgage Financial, and Susan Dick of Summit Mortgage were identified and selected based on their expertise, professionalism and their successful track record within the mortgage industry.

 

The association between Mortgage Lender and REALTOR® will offer clients a smooth and seamless transaction.   The added benefit also affords the team to truly understand an individual’s short and long-term home ownership goals.  “As a company we all felt it was important to offer the public this enhanced service,” said Windhill Advisor, Jane Desrochers.  “I know that some other brokerages only offer one lender option, but I like the idea that our existing and future clients have multiple options based on their individual financial needs,” added Desrochers. 

 

Windhill expects this program will prove beneficial to the public, offering a convenient means to develop a rapport with both a real estate professional and seasoned mortgage lender.  “I’m excited about the concept and glad to be part of a program,” stated Joe Long of Countrywide.  “I’m looking forward to sitting down with residents in my community, hearing about their goals and providing solutions for their particular situation,” added Long.

 

Real estate lending services include the pre-approval process for both residential and commercial properties, construction loans and creative buy-down options.  Lenders are also available to discuss matters pertaining to debt consolidation, credit restoration, refinancing and leveraging equity in a home for the purposes of home improvement projects.
