Windhill Realty Celebrates Grand Opening at its Newest Location
Ipswich, MA - March 13, 2006 - Windhill Realty, the newest real estate brokerage in Ipswich, recently opened its doors to celebrate with family, friends, and members of the Ipswich business community. Windhill’s management and Real Estate Advisors hosted the March 9th evening event to share their excitement at the opening of their newest office located at 55 Market Street. Over 130 attendees joined in the festivities, including local businesses such as Butch’s Auto and Ipswich Arts Co-operative. Paula Bishop, Business Development Officer for First National Bank of Ipswich, stated, "It was an enjoyable evening catching up with friends within Ipswich's business community while celebrating Windhill's grand opening."
Windhill co-owner Shawn Cayer, and his wife, Director of Business Development Carrie Cayer are lifelong residents of Ipswich and are excited to have established an office in their hometown. “We’re proud to add our services to all that Ipswich has to offer, and to be making a difference for residents and developers here on the North Shore,” says Shawn Cayer.
The 2,100 square foot office located on the corner of Market and Depot Square is the base of operation in Massachusetts. “Windhill did a tremendous job with their office space on Market Street; the event was a great way to introduce Windhill Realty to Ipswich,” said Jeremiah Lewis, President of Bernard Sullivan Insurance. Lewis added, “The open house clearly demonstrated to us all that owners Shawn Cayer and Doug Kilgore have made a long-term commitment to having a presence here in Ipswich.”
Several fellow real estate professionals from the area brokerages also attended, lending their support to both new and familiar faces to the local real estate scene. “It was great to see and meet local representatives from Century 21, Keller Williams, Open Meadow and Coldwell Banker,” stated Carrie Cayer.
