Windhill Realty Continues to Grow in its Newest Location

Ipswich, MADecember 19, 2005 — Windhill Realty, the newest residential brokerage company in Ipswich, has grown rapidly in recent months. Due largely to its innovative approach to team management and to its customer-centric business philosophy, several local REALTORS® have joined Windhill’s roster. The way in which Windhill marries technology with a solid marketing plan for residential brokerage was just one of the many qualities that intrigued the newest members of the Ipswich Windhill Team.

REALTOR® Kathy Brown is a resident of Newbury and a lifelong resident of the North Shore. She has been working within the real estate industry since 1987. Brown is well versed in all aspects of the real estate market and covers a wide market area for she has listed and sold properties in communities throughout the North Shore. Kathy has a solid base of repeat buyer and seller clients, as Kathy’s commitment goes above and beyond most in the industry. Brown is very familiar with the coastal areas of the North Shore, as boating is a pastime she enjoys whenever possible.

Kathy W. Gallant, an Ipswich native and full-time REALTOR® for the past 15 years, recently decided it was time to make a professional change to ensure the best service possible for her clients. “Kathy brings a lot to the Windhill table, in addition to having the ability to ensure her clients feel at ease throughout each step of the process, she understands the day to day operations of a brokerage,” said Windhill co-owner Shawn Cayer. “Her willingness to help others both in and outside of the office exemplifies the type of advisor we want working for Windhill,” added Cayer.

Another friendly face within the Ipswich community has also joined the new 55 Market Street office. Toni Riddle is a life-long resident of Ipswich and has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1998. Toni’s ties to the community and devotion to her clients also make Riddle a great addition to the Windhill Team. “I enjoy people and take pride knowing that I am helping them through a process that sometimes can be emotionally difficult,” shared Riddle. “It’s important to be sensitive to what a family could potentially be going through when they are selling a home, yet on the other hand when working with my buyer clients I take pleasure in watching their excitement, especially first time homeowners,” Toni revealed.

New Windhill Advisor Sonia Johnson and her family have been Ipswich residents since 1996, Sonia having served in the real estate field since 2000. Johnson’s broad range of real estate expertise extends from a strong knowledge of zoning, septic and construction on Great Neck to new construction on the North Shore. Sonia serves as Vice President of the Association of Great Neck, where she resides, while coordinating events and supporting endeavors to protect land interest throughout the area. She is a member of the Ipswich Humane Group serving as acting Director for Foster Care, devoting countless hours to stray kittens and seeking their placement with caring families.

“I enjoy working to help clients reach their real estate goals, and gain a personal sense of satisfaction knowing my clients feel comfortable calling on me to make it all happen”, said Johnson. “I’m excited to join a company with a professional team that shares my same values and work ethic – Windhill’s impressive and customized marketing strategies will certainly extend my personal services within the real estate industry expanding my philosophy that customers are #1,” added Sonia.
