Our Communities

Gloucester is a part of the Cape Ann community and about 40 miles North of Boston, with Rt. 128 running directly through. The 60-mile coastline offers many waterfront homes where residents enjoy the quaint, coastal town of Gloucester. Gloucester is known for it’s fishing, seafood restaurants and whale watches. Gloucester has a lot to offer for an active adult lifestyle as well; the close proximity to the ocean allows for boating, paddle boarding, and surfing. These inclusive water sports can be supported by local surf shop, Cape Ann Sup + Surf. In addition to the yacht clubs and golf courses, Gloucester also hosts several famous events like the Gloucester Fiesta and Greasy Pole Contest the week of Independence Day, Waterfront Festival, Motif No.1 Day Festival, and Gloucester Blues Festival
