Kathy Brown, accomplished and prolific, has been listing and selling real estate on the north shore since 1987.  Her overarching knowledge of the market has enabled her to work with a myriad of clients, satisfying their vast array of needs. Kathy has many years of experience in every facet of real estate. Her knowledge of land development, construction and everything related has come from many years of being married to a general contractor.  As a buyer's agent, she prides herself on great negotiating skills and cooperative, long-term relationships with agents from all firms, in and out of our market area.   As a seller's agent, her properties sell in a timely manner, with careful attention paid to ensuring the satisfaction of her clients.
