"This was our second time around working with Kathy.  The first time was during the summer of 2015.  We had planned to put our Byfield house up for sale after living there for 25 years.  Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer and had a "total hysterectomy" which sidelined me for months, and at the same time, my husband was diagnosed with Lyme disease When it rains...it pours.  After about 8 weeks, Mark and I were back in the saddle again and were preparing our house for sale. My memory is hazy but I think we met Kathy before my surgery or right after.  We went to an open house in Ipswich, I believe.  I loved the way she came across.  Confident, but not overbearing, knowledgeable, and superfast at getting back to us, so we hired her to be our real estate agent.  She sold our house and helped us buy our new house in Peabody.

Fast forward almost 5 years and I was retiring and wanted to put my money that I've earned through my 401K and other retirement accounts towards a down payment on a property in Bradford, MA.  I called Kathy again for her help.  And again, I had surgery (a brain tumor) that set me back about 2 months.  Unbelievable!  Anyway, Kathy handles anything that needs to be done in an efficient and professional manner but she also has compassion.  Buying or selling a house is a stressful process and it is not always a smooth road, but we felt safe with her to explain situations in a language that is understandable, and we were sure she would do her best to get the property we desired.

We're also impressed with the real estate lawyer, Judy Field, and Joe Long (Mortgage Network).  We had Judy as our real estate lawyer back in 2015."

We would also like to include that Kathy is always very professional, she has a warm and compassionate side to her that makes the clients feel like she truly cares about and understands them and their family. She takes the time to listen and she always helps wherever she can.

This was move number 4 for three of the four of use in as many years. It was the second move in 5 months. Needless to say, the stress level was exceedingly high and emotions were roaring. Kathy was always there with reminders, explanations, offers to call the mortgage company and real estate lawyer if we didn't have time, and again, just there to listen. We are absolutely 1,000% happy with our experience and HIGHLY recommend Kathy to other families."
