Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

"Denise was just beginning when we started our long relationship. My house was hard to sell at a different time in the market. She persisted during difficult times and became a very astute agent who found the best buyer."
"Denise was a pleasure to work with. Windhill was close and easy to get to, so we used the service for the convenience. We're happy we did! If we use Windhill in the future, Denise will get the call. Thank you!!"
"Denise was excellent to work with!"
"Denise, Thank you for not giving up on my search, for working over your vacation, for coming out in the snow, for answering endless questions. I'll be forever grateful for all you did."
"Denise did a fabulous job for us!"
"I can't say enough about my excellent experience with my Realtor Denise and the Windhill Company. As a first time home buyer, the staff at Windhillwas exceptionally helpful and professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would recommend Windhill very highly to friends and family!"
"Denise was our Real Estate Agent for my last house purchase. I have bought five houses and sold three, of all the Agents that have assisted me in these ventures, Denise was hands down the best. My wife, when it comes to purchasing anything can be nerve wracking to a point that we had three Agents before we came upon Denise. Denise was always cheery, helpful but most of all kept her calm and was extremely professional. Before we bought our house of choice we looked at at least two dozen homes, and a couple of them three or four times, Denise was always happy to be with us, always on time, answered all questions and if she didn't know the answer she got back to us ASAP with the right answer. Once we chose the house we wanted, everything went as smooth as glass up to and including closing. I have highly recommended to many people, and would definitely utilize her services again."
"I've worked with Denise on several transactions and she has proven to be one of the most hard-working and tireless Realtors. She is constantly asking the right questions in order to protect her client's interest and her approach allows the client to make an informed decision on a certain property. I highly recommend Denise to any potential buyer or seller!"

"We are very grateful to have met Denise.  There was a comfort to her personality and how she presented herself in a professional way in all our situations that came upon us.  We not only got our asking price but above and beyond what we were asking.  Denise was very articulate and patient.  Stood though when she needed to.  We had 100% confidence in Denise so much so that she found houses for all three of my children.  We want to thank her for her hard work, dedication and guidance.  We would recommend Denise to anyone seeking real estate."

"Denise worked with me for approximately 2 years to find the right place.  She was tireless, readily available and extremely helpful.  She provided very good advice on multiple occasions.  Definitely, Denise went the extra mile to find the property and see it through to closing."
