Selling Your North of Boston Home in 2018 ? Spring, Summer or Fall? When is Best?

Is the window of opportunity for Sellers really narrowing? I've read multiple articles pointing to that idea but I'm on the fence. Is there truth to this or is the intent to drive the severely lacking inventory? Regardless, if you're thinking 2018 is the year you make a move, buying or selling or both, I want you to have as much information as possible. Timing is everything in this business.
