Appleton Farms- Summer REV1 [96dpi sRGB Websafe]Thinking about taking a drive this weekend for some New England leaf peeping? Gas prices are down. Find foliage conditions with this cool map. Heading to Salem, MA for Haunted Happenings? Did you know kids ages 3-11  in costume ride FREE on the Salem to Boston Ferry?  Here's 10 more FREE things to do if you decide to explore Salem, MA. I also have to say, the Peabody Essex Museum is a wonderful take. You might love the Trash Managerie Exhibit, I did! Kids under 16 are always FREE! There's always the Topsfield Fair but it will cost you. $8 to park and $12 admission this weekend! Kids under 8 with an adult are free. Check out the ariel shot of this Corn Maize at Connors Farm in Danvers, MA! It made the front page of Boston.com today. Marini's in Ipswich, MA also has a great corn maize this year, slightly more expensive than Connors but maybe less crowded, flashlight nights too!  Spooky! Check out their design. And don't forget the Masquerade Ball at Turner Hill in Ipswich, MA.

Well, that's just a taste of things to do this month North of Boston. Oh, speaking of "taste", check out the Celebrity Chef series at Castle Hill.  Enjoy!
