Help us welcome Denise Mootafian of Ipswich, MA to the Windhill Team!
Denise grew up in the Newbury area and settled in beautiful Ipswich with her husband in 1993. She is the mother of three handsome boys who attend the award winning Ipswich school system.
Denise graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Retail Management. She went on to a career in retail sales that required her to manage a multimillion dollar business for a period of more than 15 years. Her most recent experience has been working in the bridal industry. Denise has found this an invaluable experience. "Helping a bride choose a gown worth thousands of dollars is a very emotional process and I pride myself on having the ability to listen very carefully to my client's needs." says Denise. She feels the key to a good relationship is to get to know her client well, and to be a calming influence in the decision making process. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance as well.
During Denise's 17 years at her current residence she designed and planned three major renovation projects turning her sweet little ranch into a lovely colonial. During this time Denise was asked to design renovations for many of her friends and neighbors. Through this process she has learned a great deal about the design and construction process. She feels this will be an important factor in helping clients envision the possibilities for a new home.
Denise also grew up amongst the equine community competing with her horses. She has always had a genuine love for horses and many other animals. This she feels gives her a thorough understanding of the needs of an equine client.
Denise is very excited to be working with us. "I know what a great match this company is for me because of your respected reputation in the Ipswich community and your philosophy of small business personality and customer service with large company innovation and presence." Denise's words exactly! We are all very excited to have Denise on our team! She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org and direct at 978-337-5769.
