Last Friday some of my agents attended a packed seminar at the Seaport Hotel in Boston, MA. Coach Bill Hart was the speaker. He's a sort of life-coach for the real estate/loan officer profession. Read his bio here. This is the first I've heard of him. Lucky for me (and my team), they returned with the highlights of his presentation and gave a full report at our staff meeting this morning. They brought back some great ideas! I had to check him out for myself so I visited his website and video blog. I like his style. But what rang most true was this video about character. I identified with every word and want to share it with you. I've been around this business 20+ years, seen a few things and THIS is EXACTLY why I choose to work here. My team is made up of 20 individuals who strongly subscribe to this same philosophy in life and in work. I couldn't have said it better myself.
