Today I had the pleasure of corresponding with a real estate professional from out of state, a successful agent happily working for one of those big box real estate chains. Let's call her "Agent A". She had heard about us through the real estate grapevine and contacted us after visiting our award winning website, windhillrealty.com and doing a bit of research. Turns out, Agent A (proud new grandmother!) has a son, newly married with a new baby who is being relocated to this area.

From experience, I can tell you big box real estate companies strongly encourage referrals WITHIN their own network.
