This year marks the 16th year for the IpswichHigh School's senior BRIDGE program. BRIDGE is a full-time internship program offered to qualifying students during their last quarter of their senior year, and is a component of the school-wide School to Work Program. BRIDGE stands for Bringing Reality into Diverse Growth Experiences and Windhill Realty was pleased to host a very special senior this year. Natalie Soliozy interned with Windhill and had an opportunity to dive in head first into the busy world of real estate. Each senior must have a direct supervisor to report to at the business of choice. Natalie called Carrie Cayer and asked if she would be interested in the BRIDGE program. Windhill had hosted a senior four years prior and was happy to participate in such a worthwhile educational concept. "She worked side by side with my team and was a tremendous asset from scheduling appointments to sitting with me at the closing table." stated Cayer. "My favorite part about my internship was taking a sneak peak into homes that I have driven by for years, the antique homes in Ipswich were my favorite" said Natalie. "All the agents at Windhill are fabulously warm and outgoing" said Soliozy. "I loved working with everyone at the office" she added. In the fall Natalie will be attending Johns Hopkins University in Maryland. She is a well rounded individual who demonstrated an amazing work ethic.
