The MAPC (Metropolitan Area Planning Council) has some projections they want to share with us: 10 Greater Boston communities expecting growth and then you have the 10 Greater Boston communities that may the population decline. 3 towns on the North Shore are will shrink in population? Hard to believe! How do you explain that?
