Windhill Realty Plans Approved

The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved plans for a three-story mixed commercial and residential building to replace the Ipswich News on Market Street.

Owner Shawn Cayer said he would begin construction on the new building as soon as possible, probably by early July.

Cayer needed ZBA approval for a lot line extension of 160 feet at the back of the building to square it [...]
